About the Role

  • The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and driving the sales of Bentley Systems’ software solutions to new and existing customers. 

  • This includes products related to design, construction, and asset management within industries like infrastructure, architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC). 

  • The candidate will work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to tailor solutions for clients and contribute to business growth in a competitive software market.

Requirements

  • Any Graduation and above

  • Proven expereince in selling software based solutions / civil engineering prodcuts.

  • Expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company's objectives.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services, and the ability to communicate their value propositions.

  • Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to build lasting relationships with key clients.

  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.

  • Proficient in negotiating contracts, deals, and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.

  • Strong networking abilities to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
