About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and driving the sales of Bentley Systems’ software solutions to new and existing customers.
This includes products related to design, construction, and asset management within industries like infrastructure, architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC).
The candidate will work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to tailor solutions for clients and contribute to business growth in a competitive software market.
Requirements
Any Graduation and above
Proven expereince in selling software based solutions / civil engineering prodcuts.
Expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company's objectives.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services, and the ability to communicate their value propositions.
Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to build lasting relationships with key clients.
Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
Proficient in negotiating contracts, deals, and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
Strong networking abilities to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
